The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board’s international division (KCAB International) has announced the launch of the 2026 Arbitration Rules, which will enter into force on 1 January 2026.
Gustavo Moser invited  Professor Seung Wha Chang (Chairman of KCAB International) and Professor Joongi Kim (Chair of the Rules Revision Committee) to discuss the practical implications of the 2026 Rules, including the introduction of a court-based governance model, enhanced procedural flexibility, and technological innovations expected to influence arbitration practice worldwide.
