• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a multinational home appliance manufacturer and a home appliance distributor concerning the ownership of IP rights, proceeding under the ARBITRARE Rules. Portuguese law applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute regarding the sale of agricultural fertilisers, conducted under the UNCITRAL Rules. CISG applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a German biotech company and a Dutch distributor concerning the ownership of IP rights, proceeding under the Czech Arbitration Court ADR Rules. EU law applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute involving a German entity and a Portuguese service provider regarding the ownership of an intangible asset, proceeding under the Czech Arbitration Court ADR Rules. EU law applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a US energy reseller and a Portuguese entity regarding the ownership of IP rights, conducted under the Czech Arbitration Court ADR rules. Case settled by agreement. EU law applied.
