• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a licensor and a licensee in respect of an intellectual property licensing agreement, proceeding under the UNCITRAL Rules. English law applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a multinational home appliance manufacturer and a home appliance distributor in respect of the ownership of an intangible asset, proceeding under the ARBITRARE Rules. Portuguese law applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute regarding the sale of agricultural fertilisers, proceeding under the UNCITRAL Rules. CISG applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a German biotech company and a Dutch distributor in respect of the ownership of an intangible asset, proceeding under the Czech Arbitration Court ADR Rules. EU law applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a German party and a Portuguese service provider in respect of the ownership of an intangible asset, proceeding under the Czech Arbitration Court ADR Rules. EU law applied.
• Sole arbitrator in a dispute between a US energy reseller and a Portuguese party in respect of the ownership of an intangible asset, proceeding under the Czech Arbitration Court ADR rules. Case settled by agreement. EU law applied.
