Gustavo Moser has been appointed to the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) of the Unified Patent Court as both arbitrator and expert. Formally inaugurated on 2 June 2026 in Ljubljana, the PMAC marks the official opening of a new centre dedicated to promoting effective approaches to intellectual property dispute resolution on a global scale.
